A few things you may be wondering
What does the subscription include?
A personal assistant who handles your day-to-day matters in France: administration and paperwork, healthcare appointments, housing and property care, school enrolment, translation and errands. The scope and the number of tasks are agreed at the start, and the rate depends on the volume you need.
Do you work with non-resident property owners?
Yes. Many of our clients live abroad and own a house or an apartment in Alsace. We coordinate cleaning, repairs, utility payments and visits, and we send photo reports after each intervention.
Which areas do you cover?
Bas-Rhin and Haut-Rhin: Strasbourg, Colmar, Sélestat, Haguenau, Obernai, Benfeld, Erstein and the villages of the Alsace Wine Route. Outside this area we work on request.
How do we start?
A free 20-minute call to describe your situation. You then receive a short written proposal with the planned tasks and the monthly rate. No commitment before you accept it.
Which languages do you speak?
Russian, French and English. We accompany you to the prefecture, the town hall, the tax office, banks, doctors and schools, and translate during the appointment.
