Scope of Services

MELEKHOFF & FILS provides coordination and assistance services. We act as an intermediary to help clients navigate life in France. Important clarifications:

• •We coordinate with licensed professionals for all regulated services (legal, insurance, real estate, immigration)
• •We do not provide legal advice, financial advice, or immigration consulting
• •Translation services are informal; certified translations are arranged through sworn translators
• •Property management is limited to coordination and oversight, not fiduciary responsibilities

Limitation of Liability

By using our services, you acknowledge:

• ⚠We are not liable for decisions made based on our information or assistance
• ⚠Third-party service providers are solely responsible for their services
• ⚠Official procedures and their outcomes are beyond our control
• ⚠All professional advice should be sought from appropriately licensed professionals

Payment Terms

Services are provided on a subscription basis (annual or monthly). Payment terms are agreed upon before service commencement. Refund policies are discussed during contract negotiation.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Strasbourg, France.
