MELEKHOFF & FILS provides coordination and assistance services. We act as an intermediary to help clients navigate life in France. Important clarifications:

• •We do not provide legal advice, financial advice, or immigration consulting
• •Translation services are informal; certified translations are arranged through sworn translators
• •Property management is limited to coordination and oversight, not fiduciary responsibilities

Limitation of Liability

By using our services, you acknowledge:

Payment Terms

Services are provided on a subscription basis (annual or monthly). Payment terms are agreed upon before service commencement. Refund policies are discussed during contract negotiation.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nice, France.
